APARTAMENTO MIRO

Apartamento Miro

Residential
Interior Design
Singapore

An apartment inspired by art, colour, and geometry. Here, we brought back the conversation about conversation pits.

PI Architect's interior design work at Apartamento Miro is a surreal composition of well thought out materiality and composition. The two levels of the living and dining area is traversed by a bead-blasted stainless steel finish counter which serves as a table top on the living room side, or a bench on the dining room side. The furniture here are an eclectic mix of mid-modern century pieces (ie Danish, scandinavian furniture), to funkier ones like Hay, Gubi, &tradition etc. three Louis Poulsen lamps are placed above a beautiful raw South African Belli Wood table from the tableguys. An art work of the Mandala by Damien Hirst sits on the wall of the dining room. The kitchen can be seen from the living room. Where guests and the home owner can see each other while preparing food for parties.
